Xiaomi has introduced two new powerful 14-inch notebooks for the Indian market, for targeting the basic and mid-range users.

Xiaomi has made a leap in the Indian laptop market today with its two new laptops. Mi has launched two laptops in India today, the Mi NoteBook 14 and the Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition. It is believed that it can give good competition to HP, Lenovo, and Dell laptops.

The new Mi Notebook 14 has been specifically introduced in the Indian market with a special design and this particular design does not have new versions of Mi Notebooks in China.

Mi Notebook 14 HORIZON EDITION Specification

The Horizon version is a more premium Mi Notebook option as it offers a lighter and smaller form factor at 1.35kgs with a 91 percent screen to body ratio. It comes with the same 1080p display, 10-hour battery life as well as overall design and construction.

However, it offers a more powerful 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10510U processor with Nvidia GeForce MX350 2GB variants. RAM and storage remain the same, so you get a clock on 8GB DDR4 RAM 2666 MHz and 512GB M.2 PCI-E General 3x4 NVMe SSD.

Xiaomi has also claimed that by using the bundled 65W charger you can charge from 0 to 50 percent of the 46 W battery in just 30 minutes. Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 1 port, two USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI port, and an audio combo jack.

Mi both notebooks have Windows 10 and will come with the ability to unlock PCs using the Mi Blaze feature on their Mi Band. It will also come with Xiaomi's Mi Share data transfer tool.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 Specifications

The Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 comes with a metal design and is said to offer a slim form factor of 17.9 mm in thickness and 1.5kgs in weight. The laptop also has the latest 10th Gen Intel Core i5 processor capable of making multiple tasking smoother, 8GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 2666 MHz, giving you up to 512GB of SATA SSD storage that allows your system Will help to work faster, and also has Nvidia GeForce MX 250 with 2 GB video memory.

In it, you also get full Super HD resolution with a 14-inch display. The company claims that the notebook can work for up to 10 hours after a full charge, and you also get a 65W fast charging adapter on this laptop. In particular, there is no webcam on the laptop, but a USB-powered webcam will be bundled.

For connectivity and ports, you get two USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB 2.0 port, a combo audio jack, and an HDMI. There is no USB Type-C port so it is charged through a standard round barrel charging port.

Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition, Xiaomi Mi Notebook Price

The Mi Notebook 14 will be available at a starting price of Rs 47,999 for the high storage and graphics version. The new Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition will be available at Rs 54,999 for the Core i5 variant and Rs 59,999 for the Core i7 model.

Mi both notebooks will be available for purchase from June 17 on Mi.com, Mi Homes, Amazon.in and offline retail partners. As a special offer, customers can get a discount of Rs 2000 with HDFC debit and credit card till 16 July 2020.
