When You login in your Spotify account then you see Spotify home page same for Smartphone user then u see in your home tab recently played list this is your history.

Method: 2

Open Spotify then after opening you see Spotify home tab then your screen left-hand side you see all tabs like home, search, playlist, etc.

You need to click on the search tab then you can see your history.

How to clear Spotify History

To clear Spotify History you need to use method 2 after following method 2 now you can see your history at the upside of recently played list remove option is available then click the remove option and your Spotify history is clear.
