ASUS 'next-generation best gaming Smartphone is quickly making news again after a long time. The high-end device is called Asus ROG Phone 3 and has also made it to the Chinese regulatory body TENAA's listing, which reveals the phone's key specifications.
It is being said that the upcoming gaming smartphone can be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, with fast charging support with a large 6,000mAh battery, and will be known as the successor to the Asus ROG Phone 2, which was launched in 2019.
As far as the specifications of the ASUS ROG Phone three are concerned, according to TENAA listing, the device will function a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with 1080x2340 pixel-display resolution. Under the hood, the phone is probable to be powered by way of an octa-core Snapdragon 865 chipset with a most frequency of three.091GHz, which means that it's going to have an overclocked chipset. The ASUS ROG Phone three will reportedly arrive in three variations i.E. 8GB + 128GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512 reminiscence options.
For selfie photography duties, the phone will sport a triple rear camera setup, which will include a 64-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel secondary lens if you take more selfies. However, the TENAA listing does not say anything about the third sensor but has indicated that it will support up to 8x zoom in this phone.
Additionally, the phone will run on Android 10. Other features of the Asus ROG Phone 3 include a 5G network connection and in-display fingerprint sensor, face recognition and for fast charging a USB Type-C port are also given in this phone. There may also be a secondary USB Type-C / Video Out port on the left side. The phone is expected to measure 171x78x9.85 mm and weigh 240 grams.
However, till now ASUS has not mentioned anything about the value of its next-generation gaming phone or what it is about its availability. But, according to one report, the company can launch ROG Phone 3 by the end of July.
